Home Time

Well its time to go home, i am sitting in LAX after a short stop in SanFrancisco. Had the wedding yesterday

and it 3as great. Everything went like clockwork. I even did a speach…and i think the 2nd word i said was shit…in a church but it was a bit funny. So another great holiday next time i will spend more time doin the holiday thing cos there will be no wedding to worry about.

I give Edmonton a 7 out of 10 this trip…didnt do much other than stuff for the wedding so i cant really say much about it, but what i did see were alot of car crashes, 7 or 8 in total in the 6 1/2 days i was there and trees.

Its 7:30pm here so not long now and i will be on my way home

Laser!!!

Dont remember when i did this last so here we go. another good few days, all the trips to the airport are done, have all the stuff we need for the wedding and seems like we are goin well. did laser force yesterday and it was ok….would have been good if there were not 32 people in our room and half of there were 3ft tall. did that and some other stuff. My arm is getting better, now only feels like i hit a van and not the other way around. They are all getting stressed but as usal not for me….only problem is there is not alot of organising being done, Jess is tryin hard and doin an ok job but tim is just laid back.. i just dont like sitting around and waiting 1hr to then not do what we were waiting for.

People cant drive in Canada, i think the total crashes is now up to 7 since i have been here and a few of them have been bad and blocked off the road. Car is still goin ok and i have managed to stay out of any of the crashes. So there is only 9hrs to go and the house is starting to stir..goin to help (well watch them stress out over notin)

Fall = Dent

Another 2 good days, Jess+Pete+Jamie+Brad turned up last night. Got our suites (need shoes) and stuff. Today went to the former worlds biggest mall and it is huge. did some more stuff and went to see the city. The i put a big dent in tims car…how u might wonder…..read to find out.

We climed a hill to see a better view of the city, was steep and had no stair notin. well on the way down tim went first and got down ok, then i followed. got 3/4 of the way and then sliped started to run and didnt stop until tims car provided me a means of stoppin. Did hurt nothin broken, small scratch on my leg notin really, but the dent is huge. Might feel different in the morning but for now all is good. goin to bed early tonight…almost normal time.

Made It

Well I made it to tims, after delays, missed flight and much waiting i got here. So here is what happened in a nut shell

1. Missed flight to tims

2. got put onto next flight, it was 7 hrs away so i kept asking until i got a better one, 4 tickets later and 4 people i got a good flight, well better.

3. got a flight to Denver where i had to wait about 10hrs for my next flight at 8am!!!

4. had to sleep on the floor…not good at all. All up got about 3hrs so was not all that bad.

5. Flight to Tims delayed, they were fixing the plane

6. Still delayed…and again….

7. after another 1hr and 1/2 we got a plane change cos the first one was broken

8. after much waiting i made it to edmonton..and it looks alot like home, looked like we were driving to melbourne on the way to tims.

9. went out and did stuff (see facebook for pics)

10. At 1AM!!!! called it a night so i would sleep like normal. So after being up for about 50ish hours with about 8hrs sleep i did, and it was great.

Thats what happened, i now hate airports (denver was good, lax is shit) and the fact they dont have a place to sleep there, only on the floor.

Tims is good, Florence is nice and all is good. got my hire car today, free upgrade to a 300c…its shit and cant spin the wheels.

Um…..joel gets in tomorrow so that should be good times again

TIRED

well i am waiting at Denver for my flights to tims, missed the flight i should have been on, because LAX is a shit airport. Flight from HK to USA was not to bad,  just under 13hrs. Used the web cam at HK so the little shits (dom&cae) could see the airport, worked a treat. Watched the watchmen movie, fuck it was shit then watced 17 again, and that was a crack up really good. and topped it off with a classic ep of the office. um think thats it for now, goin to try and sleep some more

goodbye for another year

well i am leaving HK in about 2hrs, it was again another great trip. A little different beacuse i was alone but still great. All the usal things are the same, copy watch ect ect. A few new things too.

I dont think i will be back here for a few years now, i have been here 3 times in 4 years for thats enough for now. next stop is LAX then tims (canada) I am looking foward to it alot, catchin up with him and friends from aus. oh and finally meeting Fey. Its goin to be one big party.

OH before i forget must give it a rating. Well the weather was GREAT didnt rain on me once i would have liked it to at least once,  hot and humid.  Hotel was good, food good.

So i will give this trip a 4.5 out of 5

Yet another day down and it my last full day in HK. Yep and another relaxing one it was. So i decided to go for a ride on the ferry and walk around HK island. Well I have just got back from the Temple St markets, so much stuff i wanted to buy some painting but they are too big, wanted to buy some wood things, but cant bring them back So i got some stuff for the rodents cos it small and they will look cool in it. Well i am callin it a night, off to Canada tomorrow for the next part of my trip

Day 3

Another day down, decided to go on the cable cars now they have some with glass bottoms. The walked up some stairs, that was hard work with the temp today think they said it was 34 and its humid. Did that and some more walking.  thats all tired now, goin to bed

Day II

Another day down, and a good one at that. Went to

Disneyland that was good, also went to the markets.

I just wish I could bring back more, there is so much

cheap stuff…oh well. Found a really really good

strawberry and kitkat. the best thing maccas has ever made.

also forgot to write that burger king has a double

cheese burger with onion rings and bbq sauce..also

very good.
